Any questions about our work?

I have been appointed to organise my association's annual event: as I am not a professional at this, what sort of support will I receive from the Enjoy Montpellier staff?
We promise to support you all the way through, from early discussions to the completion of your project.

We will work together to plan the key stages of your project and, well in advance, our sales staff will help you present Montpellier as a destination to your national or international decision-making authorities (applications, draft logistics budget, presentation of the city and its attractions, etc.).

I shall shortly be coming to Montpellier to take part in an Enjoy Montpellier event. What form of transport do you advise me to use to get there?
It depends on where you are coming from and how long you are staying. Have a look at our heading "How to get here?"; you'll find all the information you need, including a city access map.
NB : if you are using a car and your hotel does not have a private garage, choose one of the city's 12 car parks (7 in the city centre).
If you do not have a car, use the T.A.M. If you do not have a car, use the the city site.

What catering options do we have if we hold an event at on of Enjoy Montpellier's three sites?
At Le Corum, there are three alternatives: L'esprit Germain inside Le Corum (Brasserie du Corum), unless you prefer to have a buffet or use, town centre restaurants nearby.
At Le Zénith Sud: Catering services are provided by a caterer.
At the Exhibition Centre: Catering services provided by caterers at one or more points, depending on the size of your event.

To help me organise my event,
who can I rely on to organise technical and audiovisual aspects?
For many years, our staff have been organising the technical aspects of hundreds of events. They will give you the benefit of their experience, drawing up estimates to suit your specifications, from simple projection to recording conferences with use of videoconferencing, etc.

Will we get special rates for accommodating our members?
Every year, our accommodation management department negotiates a conference rate with hoteliers for all the various categories of hotels.

If I decide to stay on after taking part in an Enjoy Montpellier event, what post-conference activities can you suggest?
Have a look at the Montpellier Tourist Office site: you'll find details of themed tours with timings and prices, a list of restaurants, museums, exhibition venues, etc.
If you want to explore the region and you haven't got a car, ask us for details of a coach company, who will offer a la carte day or half-day excursions on a recreational or cultural theme.

How do I get the best out of the presence of my conference members on the exhibition site?
That's the job of the Coordination Team: they will advise you as to how to set up essential areas (reception, information desk, Tourist Office, etc.) and how to arrange circulation around your exhibition.

Can we personalise room decoration within a reasonable budget?
To help you make your decisions, the Coordination Team (with the technical staff) will show you examples of stage decoration and lighting for you to choose what suits you best.

Most of the visitors to my Show will use their own transport to travel to the Exhibition Centre. What sort of parking arrangements are available?
2 500 free parking spaces will be available during the Show.
