Backstage areaUsed by tour vehicles (buses, lorries, utility vehicles), the backstage area is a vast, functional area for loading and unloading and is easily accessible.
CateringThis is a practical area with two kitchens to cater for tour personnel.
Artists' dressing roomsThe four dressing rooms in Le Zénith Sud have become more spacious and comfortable since their renovation and provide excellent privacy for artists. They have independent access via an exterior walkway.
Press roomJournalists have their own specially appointed space, which allows them to work quietly and have somewhere to put their equipment.
The Shows BoutiqueThe boutique containing merchandise produced for the shows is situated close to the entrance, in the space under the terraces, between the staircases. A multi-purpose area, it can be used as exhibition or multimedia area.
CloakroomsSpectators may leave unwieldy belongings here - a ticket is provided. Opera glasses are available.
Access for the disabledAt the side of the hall, there is a special disabled persons entrance that enables them to be taken quickly to their places - avoiding the problems of having to queue.
Efficient StaffThe security staff welcome the public with respect and professionalism and provide safety during the shows. There is a left-luggage office at the entrance where spectators can leave unwanted items (umbrellas, etc.).
The Red Cross are present at every show and will offer First Aid to anyone requiring it. There is a sick room immediately next to the foyer.
Cleaning services are provided throughout each event.
