25th International Conference on Polyphenols - ICP 2010

We will be able to observe the huge knowledge acquired on the underpinning of the previous ICPs. The INRA-Polyphenols-Interactions research group managed by Véronique CHEYNIER, part of The Joint Research Unit "Sciences for nology" will host the congress. INRA is a public research Institute, funded by the French Ministries of Higher Education and Research. Its research is directed towards the development of a sustainable and competitive agriculture, environmental preservation, food quality and human nutrition.

The 25th ICP will be organized around 5 topics :
    * 1 - Chemistry and Physico-Chemistry
    * 2 - Biosynthesis, Genetics and Metabolic Engineering
    * 3 - Roles in Plants and Ecosystems
    * 4 - Health and Nutrition
    * 5 - Analysis and Metabolomics

Invited plenary lecturers from all around the world will open each topic session, then oral presentations will continue to give new knowledge about the different fields involving Polyphenols.

Moreover, in the south of France, Montpellier is a city with lots of sites to visit and things to do in and around.
